TOWELS, PLACE MATS & TABLE RUNNERS – Machine wash and dry. (items are already pre-shrunk.)
Fibre: 100% Cotton
Cold water wash and rinse will prevent any of the dark colours from running.
Never leave coloured wet towels sitting in the wash. Move to the dryer immediately or hang to dry.
NEVER use fabric softener on towels as this will interfere with the towels ability to absorb water.
COVERLETS – Hand wash, hang to dry.
Fibre: 50% cotton and 50% wool.
Coverlets are pre-shrunk. You can use your top loading washing machine on the soak cycle to wash your coverlet. Don’t use the agitation cycle. The spin cycle will remove almost all the water for you. (Don’t use front loading machines).
FINE FABRICS – Hand wash, hang or lay flat to dry. (Scarves)
Fibres: Merino wool, bamboo, cotton, chenille, soy.
As with all fine fabrics, gentle hand washing in warm sudsy water is recommended. Hang or lay flat to dry.
HANDSPUN YARN – Handwash separately and lay flat to dry.
Use same temperature in the wash water as the rinse. (cool or warm, never hot or cold)
